Reporting to Chief Executive
Carry out day to day office administrative works (including answering telephones, dispatch and courier)
Assist in general management office and activities.
Assist in general administrative activities.
Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and other office documents
To attend ad-hoc duties when assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
Good command of English (Both Spoken and Written)
At least 2-3 years or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency and knowledge of office administration is preferred.
Detail-oriented and ability to be multi-tasking
Willing to learn and good working attitude
